Internet printer Vistaprint is opening a real shop in Toronto. The new in-store offerings include the ability to touch and feel products and get face-to-face help. Research showed that clients need face-to-face contact with print experts and designers for the development of marketing materials. Vistaprint Studio offers on the spot graphic design. Vistaprint (Cimpress) is the second largest printer in Canada with approximately 1 million customers and a print factory in Windsor, Ontaria with a turnover of 750 million dollars. In January they added a new print shop in Reno, Nevada.
