Cimpress (Vistaprint) acquiring more internet print shops

The Dutch online printing giant Cimpress – previously Vistaprint – is out to acquire some more. They recently acquired the Austrian internet printer druck.at for an amount of 23.3 million Euros. Druck.at in Leobersdorf has 240 employees and a turnover of 34 million Euros last year.

At the beginning of March Cimpress acquired a majority share in the French internet printing group Exagroup, paying 91.5 million Euros.
Cimpress is the owner of well-known web-to-print brands such as Vistaprint, Drukwerkdeal, Albelli and Pixartprinting. Cimpress announced their five year plan to invest hundreds of millions of Euros in the development of software and production technology.
