Swipe: printed magazine offers the best of the internet

swipeThe internet offers a plethora of information – and that is the problem. The internet surfing reader doesn´t see the wood for the trees. Interesting information is hidden behind pop-up ads and click through options. Smart publishers came up with a solutions for the internet generation (millennials or Generation Y) and have bought out a magazine with the best the internet has to offer in news. The magazine – Swipe – is published fortnightly in the UK. 15,000 copies are distributed in the street and 5,000 copies are available in various hot spots around the city. Swipe´s publishers want to offer online publishers the possibility of reaching new target markets via the magazine. They are considering doing the same for New York and Paris.
