Turnover German press manufacturers decreasing because of China

German press manufacturer Manroland Sheetfed´s  2014 turnover was 288 million euro, 9% less than in 2013. Manroland´s sheetfed division – a part of British Langley Group – has had a difficult time of reorganizations. The decrease in turnover is mainly due to the weak Chinese market. Remarkably, market leader and competitor Heidelberg also attributes its decreasing turnover (1.552 billion in the first 3 quarter of 2014/2015 against 1,685 billion in the same period the year before) to the weak Chinese market.
