Design your own façade

Personalisation is here to stay. But, it is still very difficult to design and print – parts of – your own house. That is why Heijmans and DUS Architects are calling a competition for innovators to design 3D printable façade cladding for the future.
Anyone can participate. The rules are:
1. Design a façade on a 15×15 cm tile
2. 3D print the design and send it in, or have it 3D printed via the 3D Hubs network in the Den Bosch area
3. A jury of experts and the public will choose two winners.

The winner will receive his design on a 1×1 meter scale printed by the life-size 3D ´Kamermaker´ printer at the 3D Print Canal House. The winner will also receive 3D printing materials worth 250€. The public´s favourite will also win 3D printing materials worth 250€

The design contest runs through the whole month of September. The results will be made available on 14 October.
