Printed book from 1482

It is one of the oldest printed books in English – Caxton´s Polycronicon. William Caxton has only had 50 copies made. The book dates back to the beginning of book printing, when written style was still used for printed books. Caxton, who came from England, spent time in Cologne to learn how to print and acquire materials. Caxton is a pioneer in England in printing. This unique old book can be found in Queen´s University in Kingston, Canada.
