History book Frank RomanaIf you would like to surprise a colleague or yourself with a special gift have a look at the two books by Frank Romano. Retired professor of R.I.T. and print expert Romano shares in these two books not only a lot of reading pleasure but a wealth of information about how our profession embarked on the digital age. The History of the Linotype company shows by way of the brand´s great history how slow and difficult the way was towards what we now think as normal, digitally transferring images onto media. Watch Frank´s ´shameless´ pitch of his two books of which proceeds go to causes close to his heart.
